Ace brace and pressure strap. No Aleve. Two sets - discomfort in the left knee first set for 20 minutes Run 10 walk 5. No discomfort in the right foot, or burning in either foot. - Weights were between sets
HOWEVER LATER IN THE DAY - Severe hamstring cramps of the - "Post Race" kind
