Yoga, no running

Thought about running again, but the foot was sore. Moreover...it's still April...my LAST SHOT at resting before "The May 500"!

I had Jeff work on my ankle after work - it's been stiff as shit, and he got it to PAAAAAAAHP, which was nice. Since: the lateral foot's been much, much better.

Did some grocery shopping after work, then went to yoga. Emily taught it. Her classes are WAYYYY easier than Chelsea's. Not even close. But I was tired from the 3/5ths marathon, so this hyrbid stretch/strength class was perfect.

Post-class: no run, just a lot of cooking. Made "dinner" for the next 3-4 nights, so I'm not dicking with it and I can get to bed earlier.
