Weather: sunny but cool/windy
Comments:
Did strength this morning: really worked on the R push off and that trunk stability. Indeed, the R push off (and trunk stab) goes with the shitty L arm. My "issues" are like a ping-pong game: it is a balancing act between doing the right thing on the R and the L: the better I do on either side, it helps "za other".
Ran 6 at lunch, had a longer break. Focused on the R push + L elbow. Calves are gnarly (pretty equal though); quads fine, gluts a little sore. Felt OK. No allergy meds again today...
Got ANOTHER shipment of shoes from PI this week! Awesome! FastEd sent me another pair of the trail M1s, and a N1 - their lightweight road shoe! Wore 'em at lunch, they rock! LIGHT & SOFT!
