Comments:
I actually had a good workout today! Imagine that . . . I did the 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2 ladder at American University with Gabe and Sam Klein. Each recovery was the length of the following interval, with eight striders before hand. On the 300s and 200s I really felt as though I was sprinting. I did contract a headache at the end, but it went away quickly. But the hallmark of the workout was the second 400m, where I felt best.
