Brebeuf Hill Relays and Ab Workout 6:00 P.M.

Comments:
Warm conditions. Ran four front hill loops in relay format w/ partner (John Marxer), going at hard pace on Brebeuf XC course, about 800 meters each. About 2 miles, plus 1 mile warm-up. After, did ab workouts outside Wellness Center. Then went in Wellness Center and learned workouts from team trainer until 8:00 P.M. A little water before and during practice.
