Ha! Sporadic logger. We did the four mile loop followed by 6 200s American University. Though they were mostly good, I will admit I kind of gave up on the last one. I am tired of being sore for no reason. After trying hard to mentally prepare myself for the 800m, Anthony asked me, "Would it be messing with your head too much to switch you to the 3200m?" Considering, I decided to run my event, not the 800m. I would like to be fresh for Saturday. Now (assuming things go well) I will not have to run a 3200m time trial or possibly screw up the whole meet.
