Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran in the AM with Phil. It has been a while so it was nice to get out there. Didnt really feel like I didnt run the past 2 day. Ran right after breakfast so it took a while for that to settle, but felt good for the most part. Humid out today, its gonna rain this weekend. It was a nice run though. The kids at Shaker Heights must be getting out of school soon, and they were all chilling out on the front lawn. It must be their senior week also. Phil and I slowed down a lot on the way back since he got a stitch. My right arch was a little sore today, but legs felt smooth and comfortable in the flow.

Essentials: Stretch, roll, pushups

Stretched out a little and got in some good pushups. I will bring the strength back this summer when I am running more regularly. That strength helps my running and makes me feel smoother. Its tough now since I havnt done it for a while.

3 x 15 pushups.
