Weather: Overcast but warm

Comments:
A 20' warmup, drills and strides,a few 1' on 1' off around Kent's pond. A few hil sprints on the sliding hill. Back home then for the colon down.

Some kid from the street started following me on his bike till we got to hills. That was weird.
