Comments:
Exhausted from yesterday, slept in today. Ran with Chris in the afternoon after cleaning the house a little bit. It was rainy and cold this morning, real shitty weather. I wanted to just stay inside. The sun started to come out in the afternoon though. Good run out to Courtland, good mileage. It felt quick and easy. I thought I would be more sore from rafting. My knees, back, shoulders and arms were all very sore when I woke up. Had some stomach problems out on the run, and had to stop for a bathroom break in the woods. Ruined my CMU dual meet shirt... just like old times. Made it back ok but my stomach was still uneasy.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Really quick stretch since I wanted to get showered and cleaned up. Legs feel good for running, but my body feels sore for rafting. Definitely use different muscles.
