Weather: near perfect! almost no wind, a little hot

Comments:
1.75M warm-up, 1.5M cool-down.
4-5 x (2min on, 1 off, 1 on, 30sec off, 30 on, 30 off). The 30 second recovery before 2min on was rough. Pace was between 5:14-5:04/mile. Felt pretty good. It was fast but it was something I could do. 2min segments were getting tough but the 1 min and 30 sec weren't too bad. Only did 4 as I had to KDF the whole time... Did about 3.5M over the 4 sets.
