First Lake

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran with Mike and Wyatt from the house in the afternoon. It was an improptu run, they were heading out and I just joined in. It was their first run of the summer training, so some good stuff all around. We met up with Paul on our way to NP and he said that they were filming a movie up at the first lake. We ventured over there and ran through the movie set. They were filming "Draft Day" starring Kevin Costner and Jeniffer Gardner. I think its a movie about the Browns being really shitty and drafting a stud first rounder. Should be interesting, add it to Avengers, Fun Size and Alex Cross in the Cleveland Height Movie Collection. Felt really easy running we went slow the whole time, shakin things out. Felt pretty good today. It was kinda chilly as well.

Essential: Stretch, roll, L7

Feeling less sore from rafting, so the stretch was good. Ran so short overall today though.
