Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
8 miles pretty easy, sped up a little for 3 miles in the middle. Took it easy the rest. Hit my mileage for the week.
Health Status: Good, not sick
Injury Status: None, no aches/pains
Fitness Status: Definitely making improvements on my endurance and the speed is still generally there (obviously not as good as when I was in mile shape)
Note to Self: Don't forget, you ran a 28:00 5k in high school and a 22:49 PR. You also never went sub 18:00 until senior year, or sub 17:19 at all. Sometimes all it takes is Jake Walker to remind you of that...and also of how much better you've gotten. Take off another minute next year.
