Exercise Type: Run

Weather: mid 60s, sunny but cooler

Comments:
Thought about doing a tempo again, but shot that down a half-mile into the run. Smart, too, because I shouldn't do a Tuesday tempo after doing a double-tempo the week before (even if "only 10K" on sat).

Easy run +2x sets of pull-ups (x11, x12). Then did x5 strides in the last mile. Felt GOOD, but tired.
