Comments:
Cleaning all morning. It was another beautiful day outside. Chris and I went out in the afternoon, was gonna go a little longer but got crunched for time so we went shorter. We both knew that meant a classic morning route, the Scarborough Shakeout. Cruised pretty easy I felt really good. That nice and easy mileage, great to get outside.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, pushups

Stretched in the front lawn. Good overall stretch legs feeling good. Dont know if there is going to be time to run this weekend... This might be the last run for me as a resident of Cleveland or Cleveland Heights... Wow. Its going to feel different, but I will always have this place to come back to. Its a lot like the feeling before I got here, leaving all my trails and spots in Ithaca. Now I always go home and hit them up like the old days. Now NP, MLK, Eastside Crossover, Forest Hills, the Meadow, and Shaker are all added to that list. It is time to carve out some new trails

(Which is funny since I ran a lot of those "new trails" over the summer).
