SEVERE PAIN IN THE KNEE - REVERSED THE PATTERN TO WALK 10 OR 15 AND RUN - WALK WHEN IT STARTED TO THROB. Ran the full 16 minutes after the hour warm up. No Aleve (Duhhh) but no foot pain.
