Comments:
Super slow run with one of my friends who is a senior on my high school team. Like an off day in terms of effort, but hopefully my legs will be a little fresher for it. Training starts on Monday. 35 miles next week, plus cross-training. Estimate on distance. Looking forward to heading back to Cleveland.
