Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
today was another easy day.. lol... well im staritng to get really anxious..
but i ran with kaitlin and jamie.
(4:20/ stretch).. went for a good 16 minutes (1 min break , kait cramp) then ran for another 15 minutes.. and then ate dinner and ran another 10 minutes. and then ran another 10 minutes because i was bored and waiting for my brother to finish.. i only wanted to get in four..I went out slow.. probaly around 9 minute pace.. and the middle of the run picked up a little bit.. last ten minute session I did on my own, probaly hitting 6:50 pace. but im starting to get impatient.. and i want to start training intensly.. but i want to wait.... watching nationals really got me excited.
Can't wait for cross.. so pumped.
I came up with my plan for the season.. and got the top five in mind..and hopefully I'll get kaitlin to join!
