OFF DAY

Comments:
Slept in...sort of. Didn't sleep very well again last night. Ate another huge breakfast, got in a soak, and played some Nintendo. Gary and Holly showed around 11ish, before taking off to do some scouting for a bike trip route.

Took a NAP from 1 to 3ish, which was good, yet bad. Around 4ish, headed into town for groceries to prep for our first Special Guest: Jim King! He arrived back at the house when I did (around 5:30). It was good to chat with him; I could tell he's a bit "quirky", but good to absorb his perspective and passion. Had some good burgers, and then he took off before 7PM.

The day flew by...for not doing much! At day's end, I noticed that both legs were swollen! My calves felt like plump bratwurst! Sheesh!

Did strength around noonish, otherwise no elevated heart rate.
