5 x 1000 w/ 100m jog immediately following finish, then 90 second rest
3 mi cooldown
Wanted to start out at 2:30 800 pace and try to drop down to hopefully 2:20 by the end.
Heavy wind during the workout, 20-25 mph. Killed the times but great quality run with weather considered.
