Comments:
I know I can't run fast in the morning unless I eat something, but I promptly ignored that and tried to do so anyway. Didn't eat, drank some coffee and water, and headed out. Today was the first hot run of the year so that didn't help. Tempo run was sloooooow. Considering the shitty things I did to my body on Monday and Tuesday, it's not surprise that I still haven't recovered. As always at the beginning of training, my legs are stronger than my lungs. My legs feel fine but my breathing was really heavy. Totally normal. And the fact that my legs feel good make me feel good about doing 8 on Sunday.
