Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Did a crossfit in the backyard since I didnt get to run much. Felt good to get some strength work in.
3 sets of 20x each:
Bench dips
Mountain Climbers
Pushups
Rocket Jumps
Calf Raises
Felt the burn on the Rocket Jumps. I could barely walk after each set, kinda like a Swoldier
