High Point to Parmenter to Pheasant Branch Trail to Century and back same way-
I ran soon after returning from camping and I was sore and exhausted. My stomach was okay surprisingly, but it might have been just that I was going so slow it wasn't perturbed. I was slightly concerned for my right ankle, but correctly identified it as a pain that should be ignored. Nothing worse developed. I like this route and it may end up becoming the standard 10 miler from the apartment.
