Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was terrified at first, but that terror was reduced to a manageable anxiety after the run. It had been created by worrying about my IT band but it didn't hurt at all, even though I used some old shoes. I still felt the loss of fitness, but the pace was decent. I am however, nervous about fitting in running this summer, particularly in China, which is a 15 day trip. But where there is not time, I will make time. I intend to run more than I ever have before, and through that running destroy PRs and vanquish competitors, in the hope that I might help carry this team to Victory at MACs.
