Comments:
ran with chris form the house down to mlk down all the way to the last light just past the 2 mile mark. then all the way back uphill. ew. i hate hills but know i need to work on them. i will try, but no promises that i'll enjoy it. very good conversations on the run. i messed up the time on my watch, so we don't actually know how long we ran. we thought we might have gone further, but apparently not. still a pretty good start to mileage for the week. get some shorter ones today or tomorrow at least.
