i felt really good today. did the first 35 minutes alone, next hour with matt r and part of that with joe too, then i finished up the last 13 minutes or so alone. i closed out the run pretty fast, i went down and did a lap on the track just to add a bit of time and i ran 92 i was moving pretty good. i felt really strong on this run, next week i think i'll up it to 16 or so and make it a bit faster.
