Weather: sort of hot but nice
Comments:
5k course 3 times, alternating easy/"hard" mile...hard miles 6:57ish until last one (7:20)...didn't push too hard. easy miles 8:00-8:15ish until end...had a little OMS here and there to goo and drink water. felt solid!
