OFF...sort of

Slept 'til 8ish, had breakfast, then worked on/off on my column - 3700 words! Yikes! Sat outside on my DEHCK, which was nice.

Around 9ish, I walked to the new office - 7m30s walk! Sean and his whole family was there working out, which is pretty badass. He said he'd have my contract there this weekend, but he'd taken it home, so I'm going to officially sign either M or Tue.

Walked home, then kept working. Mid-morning I put a text out to Kelly, my LMT, to see if maybe he could see me today, and he did! So I went there at 2:30 and got a luxurious hour+ session, finally beating down Training Camp stiffness! felt great.

Came home, finished the column, did a bunch of stretching, called mom...and like that, the day was done. Cleaned up the apt, then decided to go for a fitness walk: walked downtown, and around and back via VooDoo Doughnuts! Never did go there post-camp, so I figured I'd "load up" as a little treat. Walked home.

Walked a total of :45. Did a little bit of core strength, but shit, I'm TIRED! UGH!

Like I said, I wish I was 100% fresh/strong, but...I'm not. I'm worn. There's fitness there, but...that "fitness baloon" is clogged - nothing is really getting in or out. Thankfully there's a shit-ton of fitness in the baloon, but if I don't rest (e.g. "unclog it"), that fitness won't empty on the WS course...
