Comments:
about 2-3 miles less than I wanted to do today to hit my weekly goal of 65, but we're leaving for California this afternoon and I had to pack this morning, and my parents gave me the "if you're not back in time, we're leaving without you..." So, I stuck with a shorter run! Felt okay - quads were a little sore.
