stick work and glute activation
20' warm up
drills and strides
4 X 3'10"/90" on Kent's Pond
20' cool down

Felt great. Moving smoothly and swiftly. It felt like the pace was faster than when I do full las of KP.

Was going to do this workout on the track but it was pretty wet outside. It was probably for the best as I save money on gas and time.
