Comments:
I am logging this on Tuesday. I thought it had been saved, but as usual running log has failed me again. Three significant hills, steady to semi-respectable, even when considering the Belber minimization factor. Will add more to this entry later. This run last summer took 38 minutes--that could, however, be incorrect. On Saturday night, I did every strength work exercise I could think of, so I did none today.
