PRE/Fairmount

Comments:
Did some unpacking this AM and didn't hit the trail 'til after 11. Pretty OK run on the PRE/Fairmount loop. Deuce stop at the skate park, then AGAIN at the Fairmount park. Legs were on and off shitty today, but mostly felt good: not bad for 2 days after the hard 18. Did 5x strides at Hayward.

Worked on "opening up" the stride, like Jeff talked about. I get what he's saying; it's been tough to realize how much I've been "cutting" my stride...probably for a long time.

My L foot pain is back, which is annoying. That neuroma just shuts off those foot muscles: my foot was going numb doing the hard 200s on Friday. Gotta keep up with my strengthening...
