Weather: Very nice about 72 no humidity to speak of

Comments:
Ran with Coach Rowe, from Graham Ln. to Reid Rd. to South Hampton to Old 144 to 144 and back to Graham lane, about 8 3/4 miles or so. A very nice day to run, legs somewhat fatigued at the end, but all in all a good training run.
