Comments:
Felt great. 3 minutes of spp, and a 4:00 plank. I'd like to note that yesterday due to prohibition from running, I did 40 squats, 100 pushups (5x20), 100 supermen, a 5 minute supine plank, a two minute prone plank, 325 crunches, regular leg lifts and 65 "leg raises" (in order to prove that my roommate's ab challenge wasn't a challenge at all).
