Weather: sunny punching through the clouds, cool breeze

Comments:
Me and GMacG running to downtown (sad to see the fence around the Harbor Front) back and then around Long Pond and Kent's Ponds. We got in two big hills - Lakeview Hill by QV and Barters Hill.

Great run - we were under 4:30 sometimes but it didn't feel too fast. We both were talking the whole time.

Added a few strides at the end.

A great way to end my "down" week. Three runs in a row with a friend.
