Heat Bike

Weather: thermostat set to >85, spaceheater on MAX....

Comments:
EASY heat bike at work - wore the HRM to make sure it was easy. Probz averaged 110BPM. Watched the whole "Race for the Soul". Back in 2011, when I was injured, I would ride the spin bike in my office and watch the youtube clips (since removed). Blast from the past.

ANNOYING: I'm THRASHED on my left leg! WTF? Apparently I TOTZ overloaded it on the descent yesterday. UGHZ!! My only explanations can be:

- I ran HARD down there, and I think when I descend that fast, my control isn't very good.
- The bulk of the the "go" downhill is on the left ridge...so not sure if I was bangin' on that or not.

Either way, it's super annoying. SUPZ annoying, considering that I had no left leg over load during ALL of camp 'til the last day...
