Comments:
Felt okay, a little sluggish. Tempo Monday's tomorrow! Feel a little more tired than I think I should this week having only run ~33 miles. As a result rather than increasing my mileage to 40 as I previously planned my target mileage for next week will be 36-38. Tentative weekly plan Tempo (5.5), 6E, 4E+6 striders, 5E, 8M, 3E+4-6 striders, 5E, which would be ~37 miles.
