Comments:
What was supposed to have been a high quality run turned into a borderline slog. It was enjoyable though. This website is starting to become very frustrating. I did a smattering of strength work, some with my little sister, including 2-minutes of flutter kicks, a 3 minute plank, 2-minute side planks, several pushups, a few squats, crunches and this new type of pushup I thought of in which one planks for ten seconds then goes down for 10 seconds, etc. Eight striders.
