A great workout on the area the ANE guys now refer to as simply "The Loop" near Toronto Street. It was a stacked crew with PP, JA and GMacG with JP also participating.

The crew did their first interval extremely fast and they were decreasing their times with each interval. I can gladdly say that I was fairly consistant with mine although these guys are probably faster than me right now. Also, some of the times were increased by passing cars and trucks.

At one point, GMacD (probably after the third interval) noted that I wasn't breathing heavy but I was working hard; I just don't want to have eractic times.

I threw in a nice kick on the last interval to make it my fastest. It was an all-round good day as I was able to have a short nap after this. Then, in the early evening, a walk with Benson.

Since my warm-up and cool down was longer I never bothered to do a double day.
