Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Took dogs down to Buttermilk, and ran afterward. Knew this was gonna be tough, since it was hills from the very start. Ran straight up Sandbank then came back the regular way down Spencer but just stopped at the house. Basically just the middle section of an actual sandbank. Hill felt good, but I had a cramps in my abs on the way down through the trails. I kept it real easy on those sections. Scared the crap out of a lady in front of he cause she had on headphones and couldn't hear me coming.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, abs
Another easy stretch. Legs felt good, but heavy and slow today. Abs felt great. I feel so tired. Been passing out at like 10 PM and waking up at 8 with such low energy. I just play videogames all day... Funny how tired you get when you dont do anything. I am missing the high adrenaline and excitement from Israel. Even though we were all sleep deprived, we had so much energy and it was all good.
