Started from down by Sandbank again. Wanted to take it a little lower today, so I just went back on Spencer Trails. It was pretty overgrown, so I had to slow down a bit and bushwhack. It was still really pretty out on the trail in the nature. Did a loop around the creek to add on a little bit more. Still felt kinda tired today, but legs are good.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Quick stretch and roll. I need to drink more water during the day also.
