Today I planned to re-assess my injury situation and I decided that while I'm making progress, it was not in my best interests to try and start running quite yet. That decision is delayed until Friday at least and more than likely until next Monday. It's been quite a long time since I've given my body a full week without running (since October 9-15 of 2011 when I had a broken foot).

This elliptical session was particularly horrid because I decided not to eat lunch today and I found myself really struggling to make it through.
