Quickly did a bit of lifting and core after returning from the beach.
8+6+5 curls @ 30 lbs
2x10 Bench 60 lbs
2x20 dips
2x10 pushups (lol)
2x20 supermans
2x50 crunches
50 leg kicks
Misc. calf raises
Rolled my legs out, which are still sore as balls
