Memorial Park: one loop plus brown and lime green trail lasso

5:40 PM. Sleep: 7.5 hr. Post-work, pre-soccer game workout, decided to take it easy and hit the bike trails to stay in the shade and since my right inner thigh/groin was sore from soccer practice on Saturday, stretch, pushups.
