Some number of Calf raises
Planks (1:00+0:45 abs, 1:00 back, 0:30 sides)
50 crunches
15 side crunches (each side)
50 leg kicks
50+40 supermans
8+6 curls 30 lb
30+20 dips
8+6 press 60lb
The circuit felt better this time. Hopefully I won't be sore for 3+ days this time.
