Comments:
Late morning, went with BGD to check out the trails I found earlier. Ran for about :05, then did drills on a wide swath of singletrack (:15), then ran another :20 or so along this creek and back. Felt MUCH better today! Opened it up (<7min/mi, a bit?) in the last 400m.
