Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Spent all day out and about looking at apartments and visiting the department. Very tiring, but I think we got a plan set up. Came back to the hotel and regrouped before getting some exercise. Jumped on the trail from behind the mall. Headed over towards amherst college. Cruised at a good pace. It was kinda funny, but my shin was really tight in the beginning... Just like old times. Turned around at the amherst college athletics fields then came back. Caught up with dad on the way back, so I slowed down and took it in with him.
It was kinda cool to run around here again. It was odd not starting from the dorm. That was my routine last summer... I still enjoyed it and reminded me how nice it was to run all my spots.
Essentials: stretch, L7, abs
Stretched in the hotel. Legs were feeling worked for sure. Pretty tired actually... I need sme speed work or lifting to get my legs stronger for running.
