Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Again rainy today, which made for humid weather. Wasnt terribly hot though. Ran from the house at the usual time. Ran up to Giles, through the trails, then up to Cornell and College Town. Came back down the hill. Wanted to add a little so I came down Llenroc and University, then back home the same way down Aurora. Kept an even pace throughout, except in the trails, which were pretty muddy. Knee was a little tight in the beginning, but I felt like I was rolling at the end. Good hills on this route as well. On my way down University, I saw a sigh on a telephone Pole that said "Lost Bird" and it had a picture of a parrot or something. How do you catch a lost bird? Think about that...
Essentials: Stretch, hips, pushups
Good stretch again. I was drenched in sweat so I hopped in the shower right after some pushups. Getting comfortable mileage in. I got to be in some sort of shape before returning to Cleveland.
