Weather: hot and humid, merciful wind

Comments:
Long run on the same route as last week (trails to QV, up Lakeview, to downtown, up Barter's Hill) and then added a loop of Long Pond at LT. Did it at 10'33". I guess that's good.

Anyway, now I'm going to fuel up on Gaterade, shower, and eat an omelet while watching Kelly's Heroes.
