I felt pretty great today. Only my left heel (maybe the Achilles) has been making this cracking sound during the day, although it doesn't hurt during the training. I saw another serious looking runner and pushed the pace to catch him, but he disappeared in the crowds. Six fast strides, 70 push-ups, 40 back bridge leg lifts per leg, 3:30 side planks and balance exercises.
