Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Calf felt very good after two days off. I think it is just what I needed to relieve the pain. Still a slight sensation when I step a certain way or go down stairs or run uphill, but it is now nothing I am concerned about. I wouldn't even notice it if I didn't know there was a problem.
